The patient’s next step

Make the essentials
easy to find.

What you do. Who patients will meet. Where to go. How to contact the practice or reach its existing booking system.

This 25-second fictional demonstration illustrates that information flow. It is not a client project or a claim about patient results.

Practice owners: can patients find the right next step on your website?

Show your services, your team and where to book.

Modern Labyrinth scopes medical website rebuilds around that journey, using your existing booking platform.

Share your practice website and what needs to work better.

What the video shows: A fictional “Example practice” website lists Primary care, Preventive care and Follow-up visits. A cursor selects Primary care. This is an illustration only, not a real practice website.

The illustrated service page shows places for practice-approved care-team profiles and service details, plus the location’s address, hours and phone number. The cursor selects “View appointment options.”

A diagram shows a handoff from the public practice website to its existing booking provider; no live booking system is shown. The video ends with Modern Labyrinth’s “Discuss your website rebuild” invitation and the statement “Scope, fee and schedule agreed before work.”

A focused rebuild

Agree the scope.
Then build it well.

For a practice with an existing website, approved content and a booking destination. If a smaller repair is the better next step, we can quote that separately.

Before you inquire

Practical questions.

Can we keep our current booking system?

Yes. This scope connects your public website to your existing booking destination and phone number. A new patient intake system, portal or custom integration needs a separate scope.

Who approves the medical content?

Your practice supplies or approves the clinical content before launch. We organize approved content for the website. New copywriting or a clinical content review is separately scoped.

What happens to our existing URLs?

We agree which pages move and which redirects are needed, then check the agreed routes before release. Search rankings and inquiry volume are not guaranteed.

What is quoted separately?

Hosting and domains, paid licenses and stock assets, an editable CMS, new copywriting, extra pages and custom integrations are outside this starting scope. We identify those costs in the quote before work begins.

What happens after launch?

The proposal includes 14 days of corrections for defects within the accepted scope. Ongoing care and later changes are optional, separately priced services.
