Review progress against agreed milestones and acceptance criteria. Report the outcomes that the available data can support, and agree scope or budget changes with you.

Receive the documentation and operating handoff included in your scope. Ongoing delivery, maintenance and improvement work can be agreed separately, with clear terms for renewal and exit.
