Website and workflow implementation
Medical-practice websites.
Connected to the work.
A website change often reaches beyond the page. For practice owners and administrators, we scope the website, intake, routing or reporting work together with the people who will use and maintain it.
Is this the right starting point?
For an outdated practice website, unclear location routing, manual intake handoffs or reports that are difficult to maintain. Begin with a defined project; an assessment is optional.
What the engagement produces
What we deliver.

-
A defined website or workflow
An agreed page inventory or workflow map names locations, forms, destinations and administrative decisions. The proposal identifies what will be built and what stays outside the project.
-
Working pages and agreed connections
Implementation follows the approved content and routing rules. Vendor-supported connections are confirmed before commitment, including any required account permissions, licensing and technical dependencies.
-
A reviewable test and release pack
Documented checks cover the agreed devices, links, form behavior and handoffs. The release plan names the approver, change window, rollback approach and unresolved exceptions.
-
An operational handoff
Your team receives the agreed documentation, ownership register and training. We name the support window and explain how later fixes, maintenance and new requests are handled.
How the work moves forward
Agree. Review. Hand over.
-
Define the change
Confirm the business problem, inventory, dependencies, acceptance criteria and fee. Your practice approves the scope before implementation begins.
-
Build and review
Review the work at agreed milestones. Test with approved example information, record feedback and resolve scope changes before adding work.
-
Approve and hand over
Complete the agreed acceptance checks, obtain release approval and deliver the documentation. Your team knows who owns each next step.
Before the proposal
Planning the work
with your team.
What your team brings
Bring your page or workflow priorities, current vendor list, available brand materials and a person who can approve content and operating decisions. We agree how access will be provided securely. Your clinical team reviews clinical content; vendor availability and delayed inputs can affect the schedule.
Acceptance and handoff
Acceptance is tied to the named deliverables and test criteria in the proposal. We record outstanding items and their owners before closeout. Production changes require the agreed approval; a demonstration alone is not a release decision.
What needs a separate agreement
Clinical decisions remain with qualified practice personnel. Patient-data work, migrations, third-party integrations and ongoing maintenance require explicit scope, permissions and applicable safeguards. This service does not promise legal compliance, patient volume or a vendor capability we have not confirmed.
How fees are agreed
A fixed project fee is quoted for the agreed scope and milestones. The proposal separates third-party costs, client responsibilities and the support window. Additional locations, systems or deliverables follow an agreed change process.
